It's clean. The cleanest windows and window sills I've ever seen in a hotel. Comfortable bed. Ability to check in on your own is very comfortable!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city. On the one hand, it is very good. On the other hand, all night long, people were walking down the street, screaming loudly, singing songs in their voices, laughing, arguing and disturbing sleep... There's a church right next to the hotel. It starts beating the bells at six in the morning and then rings every 15 minutes. If you're a lark, there's no problem. But if you're an "owl" and you want to sleep on vacation, it becomes impossible. It's certainly not a hotel problem. But, unfortunately, it spoils the impression.

Friendly atmosphere, almost home from home comforts, excellent breakfast and afternoon coffee and cakes. Room furnishings superb, cleanliness superb. Excellent situation. Helpful staff.
thankful we had room at the back of the hotel overlooking the cemetary, as could be a bit noisy if rooms at the front in the height of the summer.

Old-style well-maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
In absence of an on-the-spot car park, we had to carry our luggage from/to a public multi-story car park without lift, about 200 m from the hotel. With about 60 stairs in total to overcome (we were on 2nd floor) and a complicated access, it was a hard work indeed! Drunk & noisy people under the window on the pedestrian zone were annoying - much more so than the loud bells of the next door church.

Got a good rate, breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious with a real old world feel.
Could get noisy being on the main street and as no fan in the room if you could not open the window got stuffy. However they did give you earplugs not a big deal.
